International Services

We provide a number of services for international clients.  Whether an overseas law firm, an international client doing business in the UK or for UK clients operating abroad, our expertise includes:

  • Advice and opinions on English Law
  • Management of their transactions, often working with the client’s local advisors as co-counsel
  • Dispute resolution through court, arbitration, mediation and other forums
  • Interpretation of contracts, dispute avoidance and risk management

Where the relevant parties, project or deal are based outside the UK, we are well-equipped to deal with situations like these.  We have offices only in the UK and we do not compete with law firms in their own jurisdictions. Instead, we have excellent contacts within local law firms in a number of countries, across every continent.  These relationships have been built up over time and are based on knowledge and trust.

Our broad range of work within different jurisdictions spans across a number of countries.  Please contact our International Liaison Partners for more details.
