The Winckworth Sherwood Social Housing Finance team will be running their Practical Training Sessions for Housing Finance Professionals seminar series again in 2014. Launched last year, the series proved to be very popular, and 2014 sees new topics added into the programme, as well as some of the most popular topics from the last series.

The second session in the 2014 series is entitled Capital Debt Markets explained and will be held on Thursday 12 June.

  • The differences between bank debt, bonds and notes
  • Financial jargon and credit ratings explained
  • Timetable and reporting requirements
