Will Rutter, Partner in our Social Housing Team, Stuart May and Colin Farrell from Faithorn Farrell Timms will be co-hosting a breakfast seminar entitled Social Housing Asset Management and Stock Rationalisation – Current Trends and a Look Ahead on Wednesday 8th October.
Within the sector, the impact of economic pressures and the evolving regulatory framework has led Asset Management to become more holistic. Registered Providers are focusing their attention on understanding their assets better, knowing how those assets perform and how they can contribute to effective strategic and business planning. Many associations are developing sophisticated asset management appraisal tools to support this process and help them identify and optimise value across their portfolios. This seminar explores Asset Appraisal Modelling in more detail, the business case and aspiration behind the current trends and how the speakers have been supporting and working with Registered Providers to achieve their aims.
Setting a strategic framework to this process is vital and being able to assess and understand the performance of the assets will deliver more robust and transparent decision making enabling Registered Providers to unlock potential from within.
The Speakers will discuss the commercial and legal aspects of driving value in your stock and give a market update on Stock Rationalisation.
This seminar is free of charge.
