As part of Winckworth Sherwood's on-going partnership with 11KBW, we are delighted to announce details of our forthcoming joint local authority event.
The Government has published the draft Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and thus our forthcoming seminar has added importance.
The regulations are introducing the most significant changes to public procurement for a generation and will completely change the way all public sector bodies (including housing associations) have to handle the new regime. This half-day session will outline the key changes and challenges faced by those implementing them.
In addition to our speakers Simon Randall CBE from Winckworth Sherwood and Joseph Barrett of 11KBW, we are delighted that David Levy, Assistant Director of Procurement from the London Boroughs of Enfield & Waltham Forest will be joining us to provide a Local Authority viewpoint.
