etc. venues, 155 Bishopsgate, London EC2M
Please join us at London First’s inaugural Private Rented Sector (PRS) Forum. In association with Winckworth Sherwood, this one day conference will bring together some 350 delegates and speakers from the leaders in PRS from the UK and overseas.
Many predict PRS is going to really take off in 2015. This one-day event will give you the inside track on what’s happening; who the key players are and what models will emerge. As well as listening to the key players, investors, and advisors in the marketplace; we will have leading exemplars – best in class models, from the US, Europe and of course the UK.
The Private Rented Sector has enormous potential, both as an asset class and as a route to helping to solve the UK’s housing shortage. UK and Overseas Investors have massive funds available totaling £ tens of billions, however there are some fundamental barriers to overcome if this market is to realise its full potential
The PRS Forum - www.prsforum.co.uk - is an authoritative one-day conference, supported by The Mayor of London, and will be focused on “The Challenge of Making Build to Rent Happen” and how to bring PRS up to scale. A combination of high profile expert contributors and a well-structured programme will enable us to explore:
- Planning & Policy Challenges
- Funding Challenges
- Financial Models
- Portfolio Management
- Design and Innovation
This event will appeal to:
- Organisations and individuals looking at the emerging PRS marketplace, interested in understanding the market, identifying opportunities, making the right connections
- Investors, Developers, Pension Funds, Banks, Housing Associations, Government & Local Authorities, Surveyors, Property Lawyers, Consultants and Contractors
