Winckworth Sherwood is hosting this all day conference which will provide delegates with practical suggestions and advice about how stakeholders can lever value from property and other assets situated within or next to ports, harbours and seaside towns.

Drawing on real life experience and pragmatic examples, the conference will be addressed by representatives from central and coastal local government, port operators, developers, land valuers and agents, lawyers and funders.
