Housing for older people - is the current offering fit for purpose?

Wed 05 Oct 2016

Registration: 8.00am | Start: 8.30am | Finish: 10.00am

Minerva House, 5 Montague Close, London SE1 9BB

We remain in economically straightened times, with reports of rising numbers of care home closures,  increasingly demands on LA and NHS services and concerns over future staffing provision impacting on the economics of delivery; whilst also noting the emergence of the “super landlords” via RP mergers.

What does this mean for those the housing is intended to be provided for?  And indeed, is suitable housing and support being offered to those who need it, when they need it, and in the way they need it?

Join us for this morning panel debate on Wednesday 5 October. Charlotte Cook, Partner at Winckworth Sherwood, will be joined by:

  • Imogen Blood, Independent Housing Policy Researcher
  • Kevin Beirne, Group Director of Housing, Care & Support, One Housing Group
  • Anne-Marie Nicholson, Senior Partner, PRP
  • Jeremy Moyse, Strategic Development Manager, SEQOL

There is no charge to attend this seminar. To register your place please click here.
