Synopsis:
A REIT structure has long been the holy grail for investment in the private rental sector. Following completion of the consultation with HM Treasury in July, new REIT legislation is expected to be released in early December and could commence as early as April next year.
This seminar will look at the confirmed and hoped for changes, the pros and cons and focus on the practical opportunities for housing associations, developers, builders and institutional investors in the housing sector.
