The funding landscape facing Registered Providers has changed significantly in the last couple of years. This seminar looks at the impact of the affordable rent regime and examines some of the concerns voiced by traditional lenders to the sector and how they are approaching the new regime and then considers some of the alternative funding arrangements which are available.
