Planning authorities are requiring community schemes more than ever and many schemes have already been built.
Winckworth Sherwood and ENER-G are providing a series of three breakfast seminars on getting the most out of community energy schemes. Each of the sessions (held in June, September and October) will cover a different stage of the project: the major strategic decisions prior to the development, issues arising at the development and construction stage and finishing with tackling issues at management phase, both best practice and problem solving.
The first of these sessions 'An Introduction' will be held on Wednesday 19th June and will cover the below:
- different types of scheme driven by size and location
- the requirements of planners
- the London Plan
- the core energy services activities – what can the ESCO do
Who will benefit from attending?

- Development teams
- Management teams
You will qualify for 1.5 CPD points for attending this seminar
