Winckworth Sherwood advise Barratt on Olympic Housing Project

Winckworth Sherwood's development team advised Barratt Developments PLC & Barratt Homes Limited recently on a project which involved securing 900 new homes near the proposed Olympic Park in East London, strengthening Barratt’s position as the UK's largest Housebuilder.
Barratt, together with housing association Circle Anglia, have been selected by the London Development Agency to redevelop the derelict St Andrews Hospital site in Bow. The brief for the scheme is that it should be built to 'high environmental standards' and up to 50% will be for affordable housing.
