New Partner joins the firm

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Ellinas as a partner in the firm’s Private Client department. She joins the firm on 19th October from family solicitors Bross Bennet where she was also a partner.

Carol advises on all areas of family and matrimonial law including financial provision following divorce, separation agreements, pre-nuptial contracts and cohabitation disputes. Carol is an expert Collaborative lawyer and sits on the London Collaborative Committee. She has particular experience acting for professionals in the banking and media sectors and disputes involving family owned businesses.

She also has extensive experience in complex child related cases particularly where there are international elements including applications to remove from the jurisdiction, residence and shared care issues.
