Winckworth Sherwood strengthens residential development team with partner appointment

Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has strengthened its residential development team with the appointment of partner Jodie Campbell.
Jodie joins Winckworth Sherwood on 4 April from law firm Howard Kennedy, where she was head of its residential and investment team.
In 2015, Winckworth Sherwood’s residential development team completed the sale of more than 4,000 homes with a combined value of over £1.2 billion. It acts for some of the UK’s largest residential developers and social housing providers including Barratt Homes, A2 Dominion, Genesis Housing Association and London & Quadrant. It is also involved in some of the UK’s most significant regeneration projects including Wembley Park, Nine Elms and the Olympic Village.
