Press Release: Leading property partner Simon Livesey joins Winckworth Sherwood

Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has announced that one of London's leading property lawyers, Simon Livesey, is with effect from 1st April, joining the firm from Dawson's. His senior assistant, Richard Wootton, will also join the firm shortly.
They will join Winckworth Sherwood's Institutional Property team which comprises 2 partners and 5 assistants with further recruitment planned.
Simon brings to Winckworth Sherwood a broad range of work covering property development, commercial property acquisitions, disposals, lettings and other landlord and tenant work. He has acted over many years for a wide spectrum of clients including a substantial Crown charity, a range of schools and other educational institutions, developers and businesses.
