Simon Randall announced as Housing and Construction champion by Department for Communities and Local Government

Winckworth Sherwood Consultant Simon Randall CBE has been appointed as a Housing and Construction champion by the Department for Communities and Local Government as part of their Red Tape Challenge.
The objective is to reduce the amount of unnecessary red tape and to give more flexibility for social landlords via the Localism Act. The Government has already taken steps to streamline procedures, including abolishing Home Information Packs.
Simon, along with Stephen Greenhalgh is Councillor for Town Ward in Fulham and Leader of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, will be using their industry expertise and contacts to support the review.
