Family Law Partner Carol Ellinas has written an article for Money Observer, looking at the introduction of arbitration into the divorce process.
The process, which was implemented in February 2012, is an attempt to reduce the cost and time taken to settle family disputes. The article outlines both the advantages and disadvantages of this method.
