Employment Partner Jo Keddie has this week been quoted in a variety of articles in relation to the Woodford v Olympus case.
The case, which has now settled out of court, involved Michael Woodford, the ousted Olympus CEO, who wanted to bring a lawsuit for unfair dismissal for whistle blowing and discrimination against his former Japanese employer.
