Firm advise on £800 million regeneration project

Winckworth Sherwood has advised Genesis Housing Group on the £800m regeneration of Grahame Park in the London Borough of Barnet, which signed on 30 January 2007. The project will involve approximately 3,000 new homes, a new library, public space, community and commercial facilities and is expected to be delivered over 15 years. The firm's team involved development, procurement, construction, banking, employment and social housing specialist lawyers working together over two years of negotiations.
