Francesca has acted in all areas of development work for national house-builders and housing associations. Francesca specialises in development work and regeneration projects.
Recent experience
- Acted on a large regeneration project for Bellway Homes Limited at Pembury Circus which included the construction of a mix used scheme including provisions for affordable housing to Peabody Trust with obligations to build a community center.
- Acted on the acquisition on the acquisition from Barnet Council of a very large regeneration phased scheme for a well known RSL in Hendon.
- Recently advised on several large residential acquisitions for residential developments in partnership between Bellway Homes and Poplar HARCA.
- Acted on a large residential development from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for Bellway Homes Limited at Christian Street.
