Huseyin specialises in land acquisition, development and disposal of residential developments and mixed use projects for national house builders and residential landlords.
He also deals with landlord and tenant work for various institutional clients.
Recent experience
- Acting on behalf of Barratt Homes on the regeneration scheme at Dalston with the London Development Agency, London Underground and Hackney Council for 600 new homes (including an affordable housing element), a library, commercial space and a new Town Square.
- Representing Bellway Homes on the acquisition and development of 120 units at Hale Village in Tottenham.
- Acting for Hanover Housing Association in the development of extra care home schemes in London.
- Representing Southern Housing Group in relation to the acquisition of Hollindean Service Station.
