Andrew heads up the housing and regeneration department and has over 15 years experience in advising not-for-profit bodies on a wide range of governance, contractual and constitutional matters. He also has particular expertise in major regeneration projects. He advises clients on governance, constitutional and regulatory work, including mergers and establishment of groups. He also has a particular specialism in establishing new organisations, some as charities, including extensive dialogue with the Charity Commission. He has also advised and continues to advise developers and local authorities.

Recent experience

  • Advising the Riverside Group on its merger with English Churches Housing Group.
  • Lead partner acting for the developer of a major estate regeneration project in north London with a value in excess of £450 million.
  • Advising several local authorities on the establishment of independent, non-RSL, regeneration company structures.
