Winckworth Sherwood has a strong following among faith schools clients such as the London Diocesan Board for Schools. It acted on a number of academy conversions, including that of The Kemnal Academies Trust – the first multi-academy trust to be established.
Anna Shadbolt
Position: Solicitor
Anna specialises in projects and public private partnerships, including PFI. She has particular experience of assisting on a number of Building Schools for the Future (BSF) schemes and is currently assisting with the establishment of several Academy School projects. She also has some previous experience of grouped schools PFI work and care home developments.

- BSF, acting both for the Local Authority and a bidding consortium
- PPP, advising partnership on development of integrated care home
