Danielle is experienced in dealing with a wide range of employment issues ranging from everyday HR queries to complex disputes.

  • Advising on complex settlement agreements    
  • Drafting settlement agreements
  • Preparing cases for Employment Tribunal hearings
  • Advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants
  • Advising employers and employees in respect of allegations of sexual harassment
  • Advising employers and employees in respect of disciplinary issues and sickness absence management
  • Advising employers and employees in connection with redundancy situations
  • Advising employers and employees in connection with grievances and appeals
  • Advising employers and employees in connection with TUPE issues
  • Advising employers and employees on discrimination issues
  • Reviewing and drafting employment contracts and handbooks          
  • Advising employees on the terms and effect of employee shareholder agreements
