Danna Leslie
Position: Solicitor
Danna is a New Zealand trained solicitor. Now qualified in the UK, Danna works in the Housing and Regeneration department acting for housing association, house builder and residential landlord clients. Danna has acted in a number of freehold reversion acquisitions together with the acquisition of sites for residential development.
Recent experience
- Acting for a Housing Association in the acquisition of a 280 unit mixed tenure development including site assembly and preparation of HIP and LSP documentation
- Acting on behalf of a Housing Association for a conditional acquisition subject to planning of a mixed use site and the assignment of a build contract for the development of the 82 affordable housing units
- Acquisition of numerous freehold and leasehold interests on behalf of the UK’s top portfolio management companies, including the acquisition of a hotel on a long lease and a 300 unit residential development
