Liz initially joined Winckworth Sherwood as a member of the plot sales team acting for a number of well known national house builders and social housing providers. She is now part of a team that acts almost exclusively for social housing providers in all aspects of regeneration and development.
Recent experience
- Acting for Vicinity Housing Group and East Thames Group on the acquisition of property portfolios from other social housing providers as part of their stock rationalisation programme
- Acting for the London Borough of Lambeth and the London Borough of Lewisham on large scale voluntary transfers of estates to social housing providers
- Charging portfolios of properties for both Local Space and East Thames Group
- Acting on the acquisition of individual street properties for Notting Hill Housing Trust and Local Space
- Advising on affordable housing leasehold issues
