Emily is a solicitor in the firm's education team and acts mainly for schools and dioceses.  She is currently advising a number of schools, including foundation, voluntary-aided and special schools, in relation to academy conversion and also acts across a range of property matters for schools and related charities.

  • Acting for a number of voluntary-aided schools in relation to academy conversion
  • Acting for dioceses in relation to academy conversion matters including registration of an education charity
  • Advising on the de-federation of a governing body
