Isla MacCuish
Position: Solicitor
Isla specialises in commercial property law acting for public and not-for-profit clients. She is currently assisting on a number of Academy projects involving the transfer of school land and buildings and advice in relation to other property contracts and issues. She also has some previous experience of BSF work and care home developments.
Recent experience
- Academies - advising schools on the transfer of school land and other property contracts and issues;
- Building Schools for the Future - assisting with two BSF projects for local authorities;
- Joint venture arrangements - working on various conditional land acquisitions for the development of care homes under partnership arrangements between a care provider, a housing association and a County Council.
