Penny is a solicitor in the Private Client department and has experience in a wide variety of work. This includes the administration of estates, preparation of wills and estate planning advice, general financial planning and trust work and preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Recent experience
- Administration of estates with offshore assets involving foreign jurisdictions and dealing with IRS in the US
- General advice and drafting of wills
- Trust and tax advice, in particular the appointment of revocable income interests out of discretionary settlements where appropriate
