Ruth heads the housing association plot sale team, specialising in new build plot disposal - whether for shared ownership, private sale or other initiatives. She also deals with all shared ownership related matters such as resales and staircasing. In addition to this, her expertise covers residential conveyancing, primarily affordable housing products and providers.
Ruth's team act on behalf of a number of leading registered providers.
Recent experience
Recently Ruth has been working on a number of large multiple tenure sites across London and the South, acting for buyers on homebuy direct.
