Ruth heads the 38-strong Residential Development Sales team, specialising in new build plot disposal – whether for shared ownership, private sale or other initiatives, currently acting for more than 20 clients, including leading UK housebuilders and G15 Registered Providers.

Ruth has over 20 years’ experience in the sector and acts for leading public and private sector providers and has been a market leader in LCHO sales for a decade.

Recent experience

She has been working on a number of large multiple tenure sites across London and the South for developers and registered providers including the landmark sites Altitude in Aldgate East, Bicester Eco-Village, and East Village on the London Olympic Athletes Village site.

She has extensive experience in undertaking overseas sales in the Far East, including Malaysia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.
