Sabrina joined Winckworth Sherwood in 2005 and specialises in commercial property and licensing.
Sabrina advises clients in the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of commercial property including retail shops, offices, restaurants, public houses and theatres. Sabrina is experienced in advising on the implications of the telecommunications code and in handling large cell site portfolios on behalf of telecoms operators.
Sabrina has extensive experience in handling premises licence applications for supermarkets, public houses, petrol forecourt stores and hotels all over England and Wales. Sabrina regularly represents clients at contested hearings.
