Sara has a wide range of Property and Litigation experience gained within the firm and has also acted for a number of private developers, investors, managing agents and Registered Social Landlords.
Recent experience
- Designing and implementing a debt recovery regime for service charge and ground rent arrears for a well know managing agent
- Preparing for a hearing before the LVT for proceedings brought by tenants challenging the reasonableness of service charges
- Assisting with advising an RSL on defects in lease provisions for the recovery of service charges and on the rectification of under leases to prevent a shortfall in recovery
