Position: Solicitor
Shelley works in the Housing Department, her work includes title investigation, collating conditions precedents, liaising with the client, lenders solicitors and valuers. Together with co-ordinating and managing the charging process to enable a stream line process of charging loan security portfolios of properties of up to several thousand units.
