Tim qualified as a solicitor in the Private Client department in 2010. He acts across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious private client work.

- Applications to the Office of the Public Guardian for Deputyship, including interim applications for access to funds.
- Representing clients in matters of divorce, including financial relief and contact arrangements for children.
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
