Yasmin has experience of all aspects of residential property work including private transactional work for national and overseas high net worth clients, investing in typically Prime London properties of £5m upwards.

Acting for national house builders in the set up of large scale residential new build schemes and the subsequent disposal of plots.

Yasmin also has experience of volume transactional work for panel providers, and repossession sales for major lenders.

Yasmin has advised Explore Living (Laing O'Rourke), Workspace Glebe, Hyde Housing Association, and Hyde Vale Ltd, The Urban Splash Group, Crosby Homes (North West), Westcott Homes (a division of Westbury Homes PLC), Persimmon Homes and Barratt Homes.

Recent experience

For national and regional Housebuilders:

Setting up of a multi tenure residential and mixed use site and managing the subsequent plot sales disposal of a 400 unit site.
Disposal of new build "off plan" units to RSLs
Site acquisitions (either single site or site assemblies)
Development agreements and building licences

For private individuals:

An attended exchange in 6 hours for the acquisition of a residential Prime London Property and it's subsequent completion
Negotiating Licences for Alterations with the major Estates in London
Advising overseas investors on the acquisition process in England and Wales
Advising on the alternative purchase vehicles for HNW overseas clients of Prime London properties and setting up of such vehicles in consultation with our corporate and tax and trust experts.
